Call Us, Or Follow these Detailed Instructions:

1.  Select Your Photo:

The animal, fish, or bird you select does not have to be of record book or trophy class.  As hunters and fishermen ourselves, we know many of your catches and harvests are worthy of remembrance.  Just go through your photo album and select the one that has special meaning.  After all, we will be creating a Personalized Memento especially for you!  Our products are so affordable; you can even begin your own collection to commemorate each of your hunting and fishing seasons.

The photo you select should be clear, in focus, and we should be able to see any identifying characteristics which you would like us to depict in our re-creation.  If you will be sending your photo to us by e-mail, it should be sent as a jpeg file with a resolution of 200 – 300 dpi.  (Call us if you need help in converting or sending your photo.)

In producing our Artistic Re-Creations, we do not need to see every detail of your animal, fish, or bird.  (We often do full body re-creations from typical field or streamside photos which do not show the entire animal or fish.)  However, it is necessary that important identifying aspects of your individual animal, fish, or bird be evident in the photo you choose.  (We cannot re-create identifying details which we cannot see!)

If your choice is a special fish, we can include our depiction of the specific fly or lure you used.  If you want that done, you can send us a picture of your fly or lure as wellThere is no extra charge for this option!

 

2.  Select Your Artwork Type:

To select the Artwork Type you want, click on “Artwork Types”.  Review the images, and prices.  Determine which single Artwork Type is best for you and your photo.  You will use this information later when you place your order or enter our Storefront.

 

3.  Select Your Product Type:                

To select the product(s) you want, click on “Product Types”.   Review the descriptions and prices, then determine which product(s) you would like and the quantities of each that you wish to order.  You will use this information later when you place your order or enter our Storefront.

 

4.  Place Your Order: You may place your order either on the web, by phone, or through regular mail.

 

To Order On THE Web:

A.  To place your order on the web, enter our Storefront:

Click on “Shopping Cart” in the menu bar atop any page.  This will take you to our Storefront Home Page.

 

B.  Upon entering our Storefront Home Page, You may choose to either “shop as a guest” or “become a registered member of this site”

You do not have to register and sign in to purchase products:
You can browse our store and purchase items without registering. Once you have added a product to your cart and clicked the Checkout button, you can still elect to either register or continue shopping as a guest without registering.

If you choose to shop as a guest, just follow the on-screen instructions to begin adding items to your shopping cart.  You should begin by clicking on the icon for “Artwork”.

If you choose to become a registered member of this site, click “Register” on the Storefront Home Page menu bar and enter your Contact and Sign-In information. Then click “Create Account”. There is no cost to become a registered member, and we never store your credit or debit card number within your account information on our computers. (You will still have to manually enter card numbers each time you order from us.  We think this minor inconvenience is a small price to pay for the added security you receive.)

Your benefits of registering an account with us are that we can make your shopping experience easier by keeping track of shipping and contact information in a fully-secured environment protected by SSL technology. Added benefits include a secure member profile page which provides you the ability to view your account history with us once you sign-in.

After you have completed Registering as a Member, you will be returned to our Storefront Home Page.  To begin adding items to your shopping cart, just follow the on-screen directions.  You should begin by clicking on icon for “Artwork”.

 

C.  Select One AND ONLY ONE “Artwork Type” for your order.  (You must select only one artwork type and a quantity of one for each order so that we may accurately match your photo to the correct order number.)

Clicking on the icon for “Artwork” will take you to the selection page.  Review the Artwork Icons shown, and click on the one you have decided to order.  This will take you to the description and pricing page for your selection.  Here you can again review the description & verify pricing, then add ONE Artwork Type selection & a Quantity of ONE to your shopping cart.  Once you have added your Artwork selection to your cart, click “Continue Shopping” to return to the Storefront Home Page and begin product selection.

 

D.  Select the Product or Products for your order.  (You can order as many product types as you desire and any number of each.)  NOTE: All products on an order will be printed with the same identical Artistic Likenessand personalization text.

On the Storefront Home Page, click on the icon for “Product” to take you to the product selection page.  Review the Product Icons shown, and click on your first product selection.  This will take you to the description & pricing page for that selection.  Here you can again review the product description and verify pricing, then enter the quantity of the selection desired.  Once you enter the quantity of product desired, click “Add to Cart”.  If you desire to purchase additional products on this order, click “Continue Shopping” and repeat.  If this is your final product selection, click “Checkout”.  You will be asked to “Sign-In” or “Continue as a Guest”.  Click on either one and you will enter the “Shipping & Billing Info” page.  Enter all required information and click “Continue” to be taken to the “Shipping Method and Instructions” page.

 

E.  Enter your desired Shipping Method & Instructions for personalized text:

NOTEYour instructions for personalization text should be entered into the box titled “Special Instructions”.

Example:

Master Angler Award, Sam Sneed, 2004, 26 ¾” Brown Trout

After entering your instructions for personalization text, click “Continue” to be taken to the “Payment” screen.

 

F.  Verify and Complete the Order: On the “Payment” screen, review your order for accuracy.  Follow on-screen instructions to complete the order.  Click “Place Order” to send the order to LlindeX.  An e-mail order confirmation will be sent to you shortly.

 

G.  Send Your Photo to us by either e-mail or regular mail:  see instructions below.

 

To Place Your Order by Regular Mail:

 

Type out your order, place it and your photo (protect photo with cardboard) in an envelope and send to:

Artwork Type desired

Product(s) desired and the Quantity of each

Instructions for Personalization Text Desired

Your desired Shipping Method

Your Shipping Address

Your phone number for us to contact you if we have questions

Your cashier’s check, bank draft, or money order for the total amount plus shipping.

(The total amount due can be found by completing your order in our Storefront until the final step.  After verifying the Total Amount Due including shipping charges, you can cancel the web order by clicking “Cancel”.)   If you would rather not do this on the web, please give us a call at 303-279-9480 and we will do the calculations manually.

Cashier’s Checks, Bank Drafts, & Money Orders should be made out to:

5.  To Send Us Your Photo:

Photos can be sent by either e-mail or regular mail.

E-mailed Photos should be sent to: orders@racknrod.com

Please include the Order Number found on your confirmation e-mail.

 

 Regular Mail Orders and Their Accompanying Photos should be sent to:

Note: Photos sent to us by regular mail will be returned with you order.  However, we are not responsible for photos lost or damaged in the mail.  It is best to send us a copy and keep your original if the photograph is a treasured memory.
