HOW  TO  ORDER

Placing your order with us will consist of five easy steps: 

1. Selecting Your Photo
2. Selecting Your Artwork Type
3. Selecting Your Product Type(S)
4. Placing the Order
5. Sending Us Your Photo.

For each order, you will need to select ONE animal, fish, or bird from your photo collection.

For each order, you will select ONE (& only one) Artwork Type.

For each order, you will need to select ONE or MORE Product Types.

Before beginning to place your order, we suggest you visit the following pages of our website:

 “Trophy Room” - Click on a few of the photographs to view some of our previous customer’s choices.  That will give you ideas about what to look for in your own photos, & help you envision the products we can create from them.

“Artwork Types” – Review the images to see the various options available.  The price for each Artwork Type is shown below the image.  Any of the Artwork Types is also available as a Master Angler or Master Hunter Award.  (You can order ONE & ONLY ONE Artwork Type per Order.)

If your choice is a special fish, we can include our depiction of the specific fly or lure you used.  If you want that done, you can send us a picture of your fly or lure as well.  There is no extra charge for this option!

 “Product Types” – Click on each of the images to view product descriptions and prices.  Scroll Down on each of the product pages to see finished product examples.  Determine which product(s) you would like to have.  Be sure to look at any of the “Specials or Sale” items we may be offering.  If you have something special in mind, but don’t see it offered in our store, give us a call or send us an e-mail message.  We’ll be happy to determine if we can make your desired option available to you.  You can order any combination of Product Types & any Quantity of each on a single Order.  (All items ordered will have the same art.)

Now, after having visited each of these three pages, you are ready to begin the Ordering Process.

 Ordering is easy, we take orders by any of three methods:

a)  Through our SSL Secure Storefront which is accessed by clicking “Shopping Cart” on the Menu Bar.

An e-mail order confirmation will be sent to you shortly after we receive your order.

NOTE:  Your instructions for personalization text should be entered into the box titled “Special Instructions”.  Check your spelling.  Put a comma & space between items.

Type out your order, place it and your photo (protect photo with cardboard) in an envelope and send to:

An order confirmation will be sent to your mailing address shortly after we receive your order.

Note: Photos sent to us by regular mail will be returned with your order.  However, we are not responsible for photos lost or damaged in the mail.  It is best to send us a copy and keep your original if the photograph is a treasured memory.

Be Sure to Include the Following:

Artwork Type desired

Product(s) desired and the Quantity of each

Instructions for Personalization Text Desired

Your desired Shipping Method

Your Shipping Address

Your cashier’s check, bank draft, or money order for the total amount plus shipping.

(The total amount due can be found by completing your order in our Storefront until the final step.  After verifying the Total Amount Due including shipping charges, you can cancel the web order by clicking “Cancel”.)   If you would rather not do this on the web, please give us a call at 303-279-9480 and we will do the calculations manually.

NOTE: Certified Checks, Money Orders, or Bank Drafts should be made out to LlindeX.

Sending us your photo is easy, you can send either of two ways:

a)  By E-Mail – send 200-300 dpi photos as jpeg files to orders@racknrod.com

VERY IMPORTANT: Please note your Order Number and include it in your e-mail when you send us your photograph. (This is how we know which photo goes with your order.)

b)  By Regular Mail – send in same envelope as order; see above.
